Masahiro OGASAWARA(Aomori Prefecture School Children Badminton Federation Chairman)
It was the first time for me to try out the stick balloons for cheering at a prefectural tournament, so we were a bit concerned about how it would impact the players, but in the end it helped to raise their spirits.
It also made the cheering more powerful, so there were many intense matches.
I hope that the players can give great performances at the national tournament.

We were surprised to see the elementary school players heated games that would even put adults to shame.
We would be delighted if many players from Aomori could play for the national team in the future.
We will continue to support badminton, please keep doing your best everyone!
