Keita NAGATA (Nagasaki Prefecture School Children Badminton Federation Chairman)
It was a great, entertaining tournament where intense matches were played to reach the national tournament.
Thanks to Daihatsu distributing drinks and cheering goods, the prefectural qualifying rounds were played out with the atmosphere of a national tournament, while the morale of the players and coaches was also raised.
To the players that were able to win through the qualifying rounds, please do your best to reach a high rank at the national tournament with the pride and responsibility of being a representative of Nagasaki prefecture.
We hope to continue to put our energy into activities to popularize badminton, so we can increase the number of children who love the sport.

This was the first time for us to see a primary school badminton tournament, but we were very impressed to see all the players approach their matches with focused expressions. We experienced how popular badminton is.
We would be so pleased if Japanese national players could emerge from our local prefecture of Nagasaki in the future.
We send our best wishes to the Nagasaki representative players and hope that they can perform well at the national tournament.
