Toshiyuki ABE (Yamagata Prefecture School Children Badminton Federation Chairman)
I really appreciated the support from the employees of Daihatsu. The venue has been improved and I think the hunger of the players was greater than previous years.
The atmosphere at the venue was better as well thanks to signboards and banners for the stage. Great memories were created by writing messages of support and taking photos at the representative player panels.
As this year was our first time, the meetings were difficult in some aspects because we couldn’t imagine the end result, but we should be able to respond without any problems next year by making use of this experience.
- This was our first time to sponsor this tournament, so we got to be spectators at the badminton matches. The rallies in the final were especially watchable. We were very impressed by this excellent match. Also, we send our thanks to the people from the federation for their extensive assistance, such as helping with the free daily inspections and setting up photo booths inside the match venue during rest periods. To all the representative players, please play some excellent games at the national tournament. All of us at Yamagata Daihatsu will be cheering for you too!!
